After nearly one year together, Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig are red carpet official!
The pair stepped out at the 2024 Grassroots Soccer World AIDS Day Gala on Tuesday, December 3, which was held at New York City’s Hall Des Lumieres.
Shue, 57, opted for a black suit with a gray pinstripe shirt, while Fiebig, 47, donned a satin black dress. They posed alongside Tommy and Susanna Clark on the red carpet before meeting up with athlete Lance Armstrong inside the benefit.
Less than one week later, Fiebig gushed about the occasion on her Instagram with a picture from the red carpet.
“Thanks to @grassrootsoccer for an incredible evening at their 2024 World AIDS Day Gala in NYC this past week,” the attorney wrote in her Friday, December 6, caption. “The event supports life-saving health care programs for young people around the world, with a particular focus on sub-Saharan Africa. ❤️.”
The upload also served as her and Shue’s social media debut.
The Melrose Place alum and Fiebig have been together since late 2023 and a source exclusively told Us Weekly that December that they were “happy together” and had “genuine” feelings for one another.
Shue and Fiebig initially met through their now-exes, Amy Robach and TJ Holmes. The two broadcasters were cohosts on GMA3 and would often go on double dates with their then-spouses.
News broke in November 2022 that Robach, 51, and Holmes, 47, were in a relationship. They’ve both asserted that they had already been separated from Shue and Fiebig. (In the aftermath of the scandal, ABC removed Robach and Holmes from GMA3 in January 2023.)
Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig, with whom he shares daughter Sabine, in December 2022. They reached a settlement the next year. Robach and Shue, who each have kids from a previous relationship, were also declared legally single in 2023.
Robach and Holmes have continued to chronicle their relationship via Instagram and their eponymous iHeartRadio podcast. Shue and Fiebig, meanwhile, opted to keep their romance private. Neither couple harbors any lingering bad blood.
“Amy is happy for Andrew and Marilee,” a second source told Us in July, noting Robach is more focused on her own relationship. “Friends have told her they’ve never seen her this happy. They haven’t moved in together yet, but they spend almost every night together.”
The insider further noted that Robach and Holmes remain unsure about whether they would one day get married, adding, “They’re not in a rush because they were friends before, they don’t want to ruin anything.”
