Kim Kardashian made a style statement at the Fourth Annual Academy Museum Gala in archival Thierry Mugler.
Kardashian, 43, stepped out at the annual benefit on Saturday, October 19, in a crisp white corset and matching jacket, which was worn off the reality TV star’s shoulders. Kardashian completed her look with a blinged-out Tiffany & Co. necklace, featuring a pink diamond pendant, and coordinating rings and earrings from the iconic jewelry brand.
For glam, Kardashian wore her naturally dark locks side-parted and down in loose waves. The Skims mogul also rocked a soft pink blush on her cheeks and a nude lip.
Kardashian was joined for the occasion by her youngest sisters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. Kendall, 28, wore a black Schiaparelli gown, while Kylie, 27, followed Kardashian’s lead in a vintage Mugler look. Kylie’s hailed from the 1998 collection, featuring a sheer bodice and a long black skirt.
Kardashian, for her part, is a longtime fan of Mugler, even rocking a ‘fit from the brand to the 2019 Met Gala.
When designer Manfred Thierry Mugler died a few years later in January 2022, Kardashian shared an emotional tribute in his honor.
“My heart breaks. There’s no one like you! Your vision, your transformations, your magic! I am so honored to have known you, spent time with you and be a muse for you,” Kardashian wrote via Instagram at the time. “There was so much more for you to show the world and that we had planned to do together, but you already gave us so much.”
She continued: “I will never forget our time together around the world and learning from the master himself on what couture really meant! You always said beauty will save the world — and you really believe it was a better place because of the beauty all around! Thank you for the beauty. I love you so much.”
